About the Position

We are looking for an experienced, full-time Account Manager who has a passion for developing long-lasting relationships with customers and helping them be successful in utilizing our software to accomplish strategic objectives. The Account Manager will be responsible for understanding a customer's requirements and helping them formulate a successful roll-out strategy across their organization. The Account Manager's involvement with the customer doesn't end there - the goal is to foster a collaborative working relationship with the customer that lasts throughout the customer's entire lifetime. This position serves a critical function within our company by acting as the face of our organization and serving in a consultative and advisory role to our customers, ensuring their success and longevity as our customers. 

The position is remote and reports to the Director of Client Services. 

IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with customer's key stakeholders during the implementation process to identify the customer's strategic recruiting objectives and formulate an implementation strategy and roll-out plan designed to accomplish them
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent software implementations across multiple brands, including professional services deliverables
  • Define realistic implementation timelines, manage customer expectations, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation process proactively to ensure transparency and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Thoroughly document the implementation process for each implementation, including definition and completion of deliverables, storage of related documents, and documentation of communications
  • Continuously improve systems and processes to achieve greater efficiency and client hiring happiness
  • Liaise with Integration Partners to ensure customer success across connected platforms

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act in a consultative and advisory role with our customers, developing an understanding of their needs and helping them identify ways to be successful in utilizing our ATS software to achieve their strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with customers with a goal of adding value to their experience with our company and maximizing customer retention
  • Identify opportunities to upsell existing customers to higher plan levels and/or professional services
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify new strategic growth opportunities and Marketing to identify client "A-ha!" moments that can be utilized in the development of new content

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years relevant experience in at least one of the following or combination of these areas: account management and/or project management
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and use complex software applications; experience in recruiting or human resources software is a plus
  • Demonstrated project management skills including: leadership, communication, time management, organization and customer management
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work as a team leader/member and as a liaison with customers/partners
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Travel

  • Ability to attend an on-site all-hands company meeting once a year (typically in late August)
  • Openness to occasionally travel to client sites (currently, this is not a standard offering so travel would be on a very occasional basis)
