HiringThing is looking for an engaging professional to act as a strategic advocate for our private label partners, and who enjoys working with new clients and partners, setting them up for success from the start. In this fully remote role, you will work on both the implementations side as well as the account management side of the business. You will empower new end clients to utilize our software to accomplish strategic objectives, as well as be responsible for understanding their requirements and helping them formulate a successful roll-out strategy across their organization. You will also act as an account manager, owning the relationships of our private label partners, and guiding them along their journey through strategic partner planning and relationship building. 

This position serves a critical function within our company by acting as the face of our organization and serving in a consultative and advisory role to our customers and partners, ensuring their success and longevity with us. Successful candidates will feel comfortable proactively identifying partner and client needs, guiding implementations through to completion, and fostering a collaborative relationship with our partners across their lifetime.

We were founded in 2012 with the mission to deliver intuitive, easy-to-use recruiting software across multiple sales channels and product types, and we are growing rapidly! Our team has been fully remote since the inception of our company.  

HiringThing operates in a flexible startup environment where employees can be hands-on in helping build a new company. This is a remote position, so team members will thrive in a work-from-home (or anywhere) environment. Our team stays connected through daily communication and regular video calls.

Who you will be working with

You will work closely and collaboratively as a part of the Partner Success Team. The team works hand in hand with every department in the company to create the strongest partnership offerings in hiring technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate as a key member of the Partner Success team, successfully implementing clients and our partners on our platform and becoming a subject matter expert and superuser 

  • Guide clients and new partners through the implementation process from discovery call to launch of an active account

  • Provide key implementation and account reporting to manager weekly and monthly

  • Work through conflicts and manage partner and client expectations by thinking critically and being proactive and solution-oriented

  • Drive adoption of product and paid services, especially as it relates to onboarding and go-live

  • Identify opportunities to upsell paid professional services & additional offerings

  • Own partner relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner

  • Effectively communicate the company value proposition to prospects

  • Keep accurate records of client and partner interactions using defined methods and tools

  • Successfully train new clients and partners on the platform 

  • Help new private label partners build effective sales strategies to attract customers and engage in client retention

  • Participate in weekly team meetings, bringing your best self to the table

  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and follow through on tasks/responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in Implementations or Client Success role, or similar position

  • Experience with a SaaS environment

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully onboard new clients and train others on new software

  • Proven ability to build effective and long-lasting relationships with a wide variety of personalities

  • Self-starter – always hungry to achieve and learn

  • Easily adaptable – not averse to change in a startup environment

  • Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills

  • Ability to build relationships over the phone and on video calls

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, manage time effectively and follow through on tasks/responsibilities

  • Tenacious team player with a desire to learn

Compensation/Benefits:
